Pricing & Policies

The 1st hour of event photography is $350 and each additional hour is $125.
Payment must be made in full at least 24 hours prior to the event.

Well before your event, we’ll talk to discuss your end goals for the photos, the venue, and the itinerary for the event. The goal is to ensure that once I arrive to the venue, all that needs to happen is a quick check-in. You’ll be free to focus on everything else!

I’m available to photograph a wide variety of events including galas, fundraisers, parties, birthdays, conferences, retreats, grand openings, and more.
I do not photograph weddings or elopements.

I can photograph events of up to 200 people in one venue. I currently do not employ additional photographers for more coverage.

Photos will be made available in a digital gallery within 48 hours after your event
Photos can be made available same-day for a rush fee of $175.

A blanket photo release will be required at the event. If a guest does not want to be photographed, it is the responsibility of the event host to remove those photographs from the gallery.

I’m Chloe Bovia, and I’m the photographer telling you that event photography is absolutely worth it for you. Our internet timelines may be overflowing with content that makes you wonder if photos even matter anymore, but you and I both know they do. They capture something in a way video can’t, and photos beg you to linger. As an organization trying to build a lasting community, you want people to stay a while and really get to know you. My photography strives to do just that - tell stories that draw people in and make them want to know more.
Event Photography FAQs

Yes I do! For indoor events especially, I will use flash to create the proper lighting. If anyone at your event is sensitive to flashing lights, we can talk through potential alternatives to ensure everyone’s wellbeing.

Your photos will be made available in an online gallery where you can download them. If you want your guests to access the gallery, just let me know and I’ll make sure your link to it is easily shareable. I’ll even generate qr code for you!

I am! I am fully covered and have my business license through the state of Michigan. If your venue requires a certificate of insurance, just let me know and I’ll be happy to provide one.

Depending on the venue or location, a permit may be required for photography. These are usually places that are open to the public like parks and museums. If your location requires a photography permit, you will be responsible for acquiring that.

I generally deliver 50-60 photos per hour of photography. All photos will be lightly edited to maintain crispness and true to life color.
